DELIVERY OPTIONS

• We normally despatch orders within 1 working day. 
• All purchases come with free Royal Mail 48 postage to UK destinations. 
• We also offer the Royal Mail 24 service for a small additional payment and their Next day guaranteed delivery before 1pm for a somewhat larger premium.  
• We regret that we cannot sell or offer deliveries outside UK postcode areas.

WARRANTY

• All parts are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase. 
• Our warranty excludes damage caused to metal parts by exposure to damp so…please cover the ends of any cables placed outside carefully to protect from wet weather.
• Should a problem develop after the first 12 months please contact us in the first instance as we can always help locate the source of the fault and can usually supply replacement parts to existing customers at a marked down cost.

RETURNS

• You may return any unsuitable or unwanted item within 60 days of purchase for a refund. 
•  The repayment for unwanted items will be for the price paid less the cost of any cable that has been unwound (and therefore unsuitable for resale) please see sticker on cable which explains how to avoid this when first testing the item on TV or pc. 
• Return postage for unwanted items/gifts will be at the buyers expense so we suggest you avoid costly delivery options!
