AV-HDMI adapter is powered from a TV USB socket and sends signal to a TV HDMI socket.
A method for passing RCA/AV extension cable ends safely through a small hole in external wall or similar.
First tape the three ends to the cable as shown here at different positions to minimise width. Now tape this to a pea stick, coat hanger wire or similar ready to pass through the hole.
AV sockets may be labelled Y, Pb, Pa, etc and colours may not match - it is safe to experiment! If TV does not have any AV sockets you will need an AV-SCART or AV-HDMI adapter kit. Both of these can be purchased with camera nestbox and are also available from our accessories store.
